Privacy policy.

This notice explains how MONPEAK LIMITED uses personal information submitted through the MON/01 waitlist and when you contact us about privacy.

Who we are

MONPEAK LIMITED is the data controller. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16984814. Our registered office is 31 Marsh House Lane, Darwen, Blackburn With Darwen, United Kingdom, BB3 3JB.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your marketing-consent choice and the version of the consent statement shown when you signed up. Our service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver, secure and record the submission.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your email address to send MONPEAK development updates, MON/01 launch information and first-access details. Our lawful basis for these marketing communications is your consent.

If you withdraw consent, we may keep a minimal suppression record so that we can honour your request and avoid contacting you again. This is based on our legitimate interest in managing opt-outs and complying with direct-marketing rules.

How the waitlist is processed

The website and form are hosted by Netlify. A MONPEAK automation uses Zapier to transfer waitlist information into Google Workspace, which MONPEAK uses to manage the list and send email. These providers act as service providers or processors for this workflow and may use their own subprocessors.

International transfers

Netlify, Zapier and Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, MONPEAK relies on the transfer safeguards made available under the providers’ service terms, such as applicable adequacy arrangements or approved contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep active waitlist information only while it is needed for MON/01 development, launch access and related MONPEAK communications, or until you withdraw consent. When it is no longer needed, it is removed from the active list. A minimal suppression record may be retained where necessary to respect an opt-out.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing help@monpeak.co.uk. Marketing emails will also provide a simple opt-out method.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights through the privacy contact above.

Is providing the information required?

Joining the waitlist is optional. An email address and active marketing consent are required to join because the waitlist is used to send MON/01 and first-access emails. Not providing them means we cannot add you to that list.

Automated decisions

MONPEAK does not use waitlist information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and analytics

The current MONPEAK website does not use advertising analytics or non-essential cookies. The hosting service may process limited technical data needed to provide and secure the website.

Complaints

Please contact MONPEAK first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through its complaints service.
